This hand-crafted honey has a silky and inviting taste, with hints of caramel and refined textural intensity. Savory and lively, with purity and richness, our bespoke first-ever MGO 1500+ batch is individually numbered and placed in exquisite luxury boxes. It’s certified to contain at least 1500 mg methylglyoxal per kg.

KORU started in 2017 aiming to bring authentic and rare premium, Mānuka honey, from the most pristine and remote areas of New Zealand to the passionate honey lovers around the world.The hives and the beekeepers are scattered across remote ends of New Zealand and still harvest honey using traditional methods of beekeeping. In such wild and remote areas, hives can only be helicoptered into the dense Mānuka bush sites.KORU extraction and packaging facility utilizes the latest technology for honey processing and packing and it is also Risk Management Programme certified, by the New Zealand Government’s Ministry of Primary Industry – RMP code NZHF1.KORU facility also has EU certification under the RMP quality system, which is the most stringent honey quality accreditation in New Zealand.
